Essay Theme: Leadership
Leadership is the ability to influence, guide, or inspire individuals or groups toward a common goal. Effective leadership can take many approaches, ranging from strategic and assertive to collaborative and service oriented. Leaders can motivate others through vision, empathy, accountability, innovation, honesty, and integrity. Throughout our nation, we see different leadership styles in the three branches of government: executive, legislative, and judicial. - Transformational Leadership inspires and motivates others to pursue change or improvement.
- Servant Leadership focuses on helping others first and uplifting people.
